Hello I'm a 70 yr old retired male I'm a homebody are I'm content with being a loaner I don't smoke or drink if I do buy a six pack half of it will be in fridge I have two grandkids I say kids they are 24 and 18 I looking for a quite place no smoking inside hope that's not being picky looking for long term I can do 700 and 100 for misc rent would be paid in cash on the 3rd it's social retirement can't get passed the smoking it's prohibited in all buildings
