I'm retired have painted for over 40 years.Also do, home improvements at the present time have no power tools.Need to be on the bus line. I'm honest and a hard worker. I can pay rent, but 400A month is about my limit. Would be happy to trade my work for rent.
I also like to paint murals. Can\nMove in right away , or as soon as april.
