General Manager needed for fast paced, membership based spa!!
Committed to building customer loyalty, high school degree or equivalent, drug free, proven leadership skills, strong sales and administrative skills, reliable transportation, willing to work a flexible schedule.
Principal Duties For General Manager Role Include
-BUILD CUSTOMER LOYALTY
-Provide 5 star customer service to all members, employees, and outside contacts.
-Selling memberships and packages
-Verify that all shifts are covered and if necessary, extra time is put in to effectively run the salon.
-Responsible for promoting MassageLuXe in a positive manner.
-Generate new clientele through promoting grassroots marketing
-Uphold all MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness, facilities repair, and equipment functionality
-Hire, train, and communicate effectively with all staff.
-Exceed monthly and daily goals
-Maintain a positive, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in your spa for both customers and employees
-Able to work flexible days and hours including weekends
-Must work well under pressure and be able to multi-task
-Must be able to maintain a consistently pleasant and professional personality
Full time/Five 9 hour shifts/45 hours per week
