Zeiss DiaScopes 65 FL and 85 FL --GEN II Never Used - $1,500 (Midlothian)

Both will come with Neoprene Covers.
Both already have mounted UV Filters (with their respective plastic cases).
Both have their own Class "D" Oculars with locking collars.
Both come with their original boxes and papers.
Here's a rundown of the Gen II features, along with some other details:
The Gen II features/improvements from the Gen I version:
Optics: Featured improved imaging performance by reducing stray light and enhancing overall clarity. The LotuTec® water-repellent coating on exterior lenses became standard, ensuring better all-weather performance.
Design/Color: The body was completely redesigned with full rubber armoring and was available exclusively in black.
Focusing: Introduced the innovative Dual Speed Focusing (DSF) system, which incorporated both coarse and fine focus into a single, large knob for greater convenience.
Eyepieces: New "D" marked eyepieces were introduced (e.g., 15-56x/20-75x) that featured a secure bayonet lock with a push-button release. The new bodies were cross-compatible with older "B" eyepieces, but the locking feature only worked with the newer "D" versions.
85 has a B + W UV filter attached, the 65 has a Hoya HMC super UV filter attached.
There are two “D” Oculars, including both Ocular Boxes which each have a pouch and 2 covers and papers inside.
85 mounting plate has some marring on it, in my attempt to mount it to test it. I don’t think it’s a big issue, but there it is. Everything else on both scopes is flawless.
