Hi all! Looking for someone to take over my 1 Bedroom lease in the Scotts Addition/Near the Diamond! Start date is flexible but hoping for sometime between mid-June and late June. The lease term runs through 12-12- 2026, and there will be an opportunity for the new tenant to renew. I am paying June, your first payment will be July.
Rent is $1,452 per month, plus a monthly amenity fee and utilities.
Parking is available on site, right now it's free. Not sure if there will be an additional fee, soon as they are changing. Includes in-unit laundry, AC, plenty of countertop space, a bath tub, etc.
The apartment would come furnished- Bed, mattress not good, 55 inch TV and couch.
