We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Plumber(s) / Helper(s) to join our team in Richmond, VA. You’ll handle installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems while providing professional, friendly service to our customers.
Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems
• Diagnose issues and provide clear repair options
• Service water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, disposals, and pumps
• Read and interpret blueprints and job plans
• Follow all local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Keep work areas and company vehicle clean and organized
• Complete basic job documentation and reports
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service, as needed
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid plumbing license or apprentice card in Virginia (or working toward it)
• Prior plumbing experience (e.g., 2+ years preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, indoors, and outdoors
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
