Experienced Carpenter – Custom Residential Construction & Home Maintenance  Mark Franko Custom Building  This role is designed for carpenters experienced in residential construction who are already employed and looking for a long-term home at which to progress their careers. The position is based in Richmond, VA.   About Working @ MFCB:

Day-to-day:  This role is hands-on, detail oriented, and varied. Includes but not limited to: 

• Reading and interpreting plans 
• Interior and exterior trim work 
• Window and door installation 
• Door hardware installation 
• Demolition 
• Renovation framing 

• Have proven carpentry experience 
• Own their own hand tools and small power tools 
• Are organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task 
• Take pride in their work and want to work with other like-minded skilled craftspeople 
• Are looking for a home for long-term employment and career growth
