This role is designed for Carpenters experienced in residential construction who are already employed and looking for a long-term home at which to progress their careers. The position is based in Richmond, VA.

Day-to-day:

This role is hands-on, detail oriented, and varied. Includes but not limited to:

• Reading and interpreting plans
• Interior and exterior trim work
• Window and door installation
• Door hardware installation
• Demolition
• Renovation framing
