About Us
We are a fast-growing General Contractor specializing in residential renovations, insurance restoration, commercial tenant improvements, and new construction. We are looking for a dependable Superintendent who can take ownership of projects, keep jobs moving, and help us deliver quality work on time.
This is not a desk job. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, and leading crews.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations on multiple job sites.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors.
* Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards.
* Complete daily job reports with progress photos and updates.
* Schedule inspections and coordinate with local jurisdictions.
* Review plans and communicate with the Project Manager regarding job progress.
* Order materials and verify deliveries.
* Identify issues before they become problems and provide solutions.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
* Perform hands-on construction work when needed to keep projects moving.
Qualifications
* Construction experience required.
* Previous superintendent, foreman, or lead carpenter experience preferred.
* Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction.
* Ability to read construction plans and communicate effectively with subcontractors.
* Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for daily reports, photos, and communication.
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
* Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable.
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
