Now Hiring: Project Manager – Plumbing & HVAC Trades
We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee projects in the plumbing and HVAC trades. This position will coordinate mechanical work for projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with mechanical contractors, builders, and field crews, and be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Plumbing and/or HVAC projects from start to completion
Coordinate with builders, general contractors, field supervisors, and subcontractors
Schedule sub contractos manpower, materials, and equipment for projects
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress
Ensure installations meet plans, specifications, and code requirements
Review construction drawings and mechanical plans
Resolve jobsite issues and coordinate solutions with field teams
Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress and quality
Maintain communication with clients, builders, and internal teams
Complete project documentation, reports, and updates
Perform other duties as assigned
