**Key Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate a Class B or C vehicle to deliver products to customers and retrieve used batteries.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize time and resources.
- Load and unload vehicles safely while ensuring the secure transport of goods.
- Conduct battery installations for customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries and transactions.
- Assist in training new drivers to uphold our standards of service.
**Requirements:**
- Must possess a valid CDL Class B license.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; a GPA of 3.0 or higher is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of delivery experience with a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reflecting minimal safety issues over the last 3 years.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), and safe driving practices.
- Ability to operate material handling tools and ERP applications.
- Strong customer interaction skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs as required.
- Frequent driving is a key component of this role.
