Each Summer we rent our lake home to a few families that will treat our house like their home. If your group is that kind of family(s) then we would like to rent to you. We are using it the following weeks so these weeks are NOT available, June 19 to 26, July 5-12 July 31 to August 14, Aug 21-23. 1. Full weeks only. Friday or Sunday check-ins only.
Summer week $3899 plus sheets and towels for $190, plus $300 maid, plus taxes with security deposit of $800. Pontoon Boat available for $1450/week. Sorry no pets(animals) or smoking. Lots of parking on site. Boat ramp and dock for your boat. Waterfront home on Lake Anna's private side features beds for 20 plus 2 extra air mattresses.

MIDDLE FLOOR has two bedrooms with 1 Queen room suite and 1 King suite, living room, full kitchen,
dining area with table that expands with four leafs for 12, and
den with 65 inch flat screen Satellite TV, internet connection, and DVD,
Very large deck with 5 burner large gas grill(charcoal grill also available), and umbrella and table with 6 chairs, and huge screen porch which seats 20 for sit down eating and comfortable seating group;
The kitchen is fully equipped with the usual stove- oven, microwave, and dishwasher, Toaster R Oven and Keurig K-cup and drip coffee pots, additionally it has a blender, waffle iron, electric knife, electric can opener, crock pot, hand held mixer, regular toaster, omelet maker, service for 16, and tons of large pots and serving dishes.
LOWER LEVEL has a large game room with pool / ping pong table and a foosball table, TV with DVD and VHS, Trundle Bed(which is two twin beds), laundry room with washer and dryer and a master bedroom, King Bed with full bath, plus an outside shower.
ON THE WATER, tucked away in a protected cove with an exceptional view, you can swim well away from boat traffic, and watch the boats go by while enjoying the serenity with family and friends. Launch your boat directly from the community ramp just 500 yards away using the large parking lot for easy access. A two minute water trip puts your boat at our dock to come and go as you please. The private side has 50% less boat traffic than the public side. Explore the woods, play games of volleyball and corn toss in the grass Take a nap in the hammock, feed the fish off the dock, and enjoy a picnic under the shelter on the dock. There is a campfire area and we have a paddle board, kayak as well as a canoe this year. We are interested in adding just a few more regular renters to our repeat visitor families.
