I have a oceanfront time share in Duck, NC that is oceanfront. The property is a second floor apartment located right on the beach with a balcony that faces the ocean.
It is a 1.5 bedroom/bath. The unit has one master bedroom, kitchen and dining room, and large living room that connects to the balcony.
There is a full bathroom and shower in the master bedroom and a half bath (no shower) connected to the living room. The couch does extend in the living room and can be used to sleep on.
There is also a fireplace. On the first floor there is a gym and arcade for Ocean Pines residents and laundry.
